Paul Finlay, Director of Motorola's Industry Solutions Group, is charged with responsibility for the development of the business strategy and market development for the Manufacturing, Mining and Natural Resources market segments. As a 22-year Motorola veteran, Finlay has extensive knowledge and experience from both a vertical and technology perspective.
Working closely with Motorola's product planning and business development teams, Finlay acts as a primary customer advocate for new product design and development. In addition, along with Motorola's specialized sales teams, Paul engages customers and prospects on a global basis to develop specific technology solutions that deliver on the promise of enterprise mobility.
During his tenure at Motorola, Finlay has presented at a variety of venues on a wide range of thought leadership topics and issues around RF and mobility, including multiple engagements at industry leading events including UPLC, UTC and Distributech.
Stephen Lambright

Stephen Lambright is a co-founder of Apprion and currently serves as the company's vice president of marketing and customer services. He has over 18 years of international experience in enterprise solution design, development, deployment, marketing, and management. Prior to Apprion, Lambright was the vice president of marketing at Savi Technology, a leading provider of RFID solutions for global supply chain visibility. He led Savi's efforts to bring to market a new generation of RFID hardware, middleware and software applications for building "sense and respond" networks for asset tracking, security, and utilization.
Lambright has extensive experience at the places where security, technology, and industrial facilities intersect. He has served as the Executive Director of the Strategic Council on Security Technology and as Chairman of the United States Chamber of Commerce Committee on Critical Infrastructure. Among other positions, Lambright has also served as a member of the Transportation Research Board's Committee on Security and the Technology Board of the Auto-ID Center at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a frequent speaker on wireless at industry conferences.
