The National Assn. Of Purchasing Management (NAPM), Tempe, Ariz., will host its Third Annual Economic Summit in New York on Dec. 12. The summit will include the live release of the Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Semiannual Economic Forecasts and four speakers. It will be held at the Marriott Marquis. Speakers are:

  • William C. Dudley, managing director, Goldman, Sachs & Co., speaking on "The Brave New Business Cycle: How Will It End?"
  • Peter Weiss, Co-CEO, Covisint; director, B2B Exchange Activities, DaimlerChrysler Corp., speaking on "Global Trading Exchanges."
