(GXS) has purchased Celarix Inc., a privately held firm that delivers logistics-provider integration services. The terms of the sale were not disclosed. Global eXchange says Celarix solutions are immediately available for sale. "We are dedicated to providing new e-commerce services on our transaction delivery network that address our customers' most critical business process automation needs," says Harvey F. "Each company's offering complements the other," notes AMR research analyst John Fontanella. GXS is headquartered in Gaithersburg, Md.
