The solution provides product, component and part traceability throughout the product lifecycle -- from custom configuration through service and warranty tracking -- as well as critical data and processes for collaborative product engineering and product performance monitoring. Built on the Oracle E-Business Suite, including Oracle Configurator, the divine Collaborative Commerce Solution includes divine MindAlign enterprise-wide real-time collaboration software, divine OpinionWare feedback software and divine Content Management software.
