WorldatWork, the Scottsdale, Ariz., organization formerly known as The American Compensation Assn., is offering three November dates for its one-day seminar entitled "The New Economy's New Employment Model." Among the information promised as "take-aways" from the sessions are:

  • A checklist of value-added compensation design strategies.
  • A firm grasp of today's market trends and their effect on your company's talent deficit.
  • The compensation strategies from "Top Gun" companies for retaining key talent. WorldatWork says senior-level human-resources executives and others who affect compensation strategy will benefit the most from these seminars. They are scheduled for Nov. 3 -- New York; Nov. 29 -- Chicago; and Nov. 30, Dallas. Cost is $494 for members and $585 for non-members.
