Best Software Inc.'s SalesLogix delivers integrated sales, marketing, customer service and support automation solutions, according to the Scottsdale, Ariz.-based business management products and services provider. The SalesLogix solution is built on the Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server CE and is customizable and scalable for large organizations. It can be easily customized using visual drag-and-drop design tools or Visual Studio .NET development tools to create industry-specific or customer-specific workflow for mobile users. Other features include:

  • Create, add and update contact and account information including opportunity data and service tickets;
  • manage activities with a visual drag-and-drop calendar, one-click dialing and handwriting recognition;
  • perform fast lookups and create dynamic groups on the handheld device to manage accounts;
  • access tables, extensions, pick lists or customized fields from SalesLogix on the Pocket PC to expand mobile productivity and availability of customer information.
