China now has the world's biggest economy, at least according to 47% of the U.S. adult population.

In a Pew Research survey earlier this month, nearly half of all respondents incorrectly named China as being the world's top economic power.

For the record, according to the World Bank, China's economy is about one-third the size of the U.S.

It seems the President was right in saying education - both childhood and adult- should be at the top of our list of national priorities
