96% of 2011 Roundtable participants said they will return in 2012!

Here's what some of the 2011 attendees had to say:

"This conference continues to present new, meaningful programs in an ideal networking environment. Others may try, but no one has been able to duplicate the roundtable series."

"I recently attended my third roundtable conference and my opinion was affirmed that the networking opportunities and the subsequent relationships formed are invaluable. Not only can I contact any of the consultants for information and advice, I can also reach out to any of my community counterparts that I met. The conference provides an immeasurable multiplier effect for resources."

Golf: Spectacular saguaro cacti and desert wildflowers punctuate La Paloma Country Club, situated in Tucson's majestic Santa Catalina Mountains. The magnificent high desert surrounding and stunning mountain views complement the superb amenities and service. La Paloma Country Club is a golfer's dream. Exclusive to resort guests and club members, the 27- hole golf course surrounds the resort. Golf Digest calls it one of the "Top 75 Resort Courses" in the country. La Paloma Country Club offers a truly memorable experience.

Kartchner Cavern: The caverns are a kaleidoscope of color with 100-foot high ceilings dripping with multi-hued stalactites and floors jutting up with matching stalagmites. Kartchner is a wet "live" cave meaning water still percolates from the surface and calcium carbonate features continue to grow in the darkness. The Park includes a Discovery Center, gift shop, regional displays, and educational information about the caverns and the surrounding landscape. During the transfer to the park, you'll watch a movie which will give you a sneak preview of what you are about to see and experience. The Caverns maintain a 72° temperature year round.

The Rotunda / Throne Room Tour is a half-mile, 1&½ hour walking tour, led by a professional guide, where you will discover the role water has played in the creation of the cavern. You will see some of the tiniest, most delicate formations found in the cave, as well as the largest column in Arizona. This tour includes an up-close look at the variety of formations and colors that makes this cave one of the top ten in the world.

Sabino Canyon: Sabino Canyon is not only a nature photographer's dream it is also steeped in history. Twelve thousand years ago, Columbian Mammoth roamed here. About 1200 A.D., irrigation dams were placed in the creek by Hohokam Indians. Our tour guides will accompany you to Sabino Canyon where you will board an openair, outdoor motorized tram for a 45 minute narrated tour that gets you up close and personal to this desert oasis. Along the 3.8 mile trail the tram makes nine stops for visitors to take in the panoramic views -- cameras are a must. Following your tram adventure you will be treated to a botanical walk where you'll learn about desert flora and fauna.

Hiking Tour in the Fingerock Trail Head: The Tucson hiking tour is designed to bring you an enjoyable, informative, and invigorating wilderness experience. Through movement breathing, hiking expands your physical, emotional and spiritual selves. The guides will tell you all about the plants and animals of the unique region. They will also give you a sense of the rich heritage of the Native Americans and Pioneers who made the Sonoran Desert their home. Hikes conducted on Coronado National Forest property. The guides take great pride and care in sharing the canyons and mountains surrounding their desert home. We invite you to take some time to enjoy the unique desert environment.

Horseback Trail Riding: You're in cowboy country -- do as the cowboys do! You'll be transferred to our riding stables to be assigned a horse based on your riding experience and given some basic riding instructions. Our capable wranglers will lead you along trails pointing out the wildlife and desert flora and fauna. You'll ride through foothills, across washes, and get a whole new view of the Sonoran Desert. So don your jeans and take a fun filled adventure under the blue skies of Arizona.
Note: There is a 230 pound weight limit for this event.

Open Air Jeep Adventure: "Four-wheeling" is the perfect way to see the true Sonoran Desert. You'll be picked up in open-air jeeps. You will be transferred to the base of the Tortolita Mountains. From the desert floor to the majestic mountains, our experienced jeep wranglers are "outdoor" people knowledgeable in the field of native flora and fauna.

This rugged 4-wheeling adventure will take you through some of the most beautiful desert regions in all of Arizona. The desert is full of wildlife and the wranglers are quick to point out any deer, jackrabbits, javelina or other wildlife that might cross your path. You will enjoy a short botanical nature walk that will help you gain an appreciation of the most lush desert in the world and our live critter demonstration will give you an upclose and personal look at some of the desert's inhabitants.
