Description
Businesses looking to make their processes more lean are embracing automation. The convergence of manufacturing and business automation is driving a new generation of performance in manufacturing companies.
ARPAC, a manufacturer of packaging machinery near Chicago, is committed to lean operations to drive quality, competitive prices, and quick delivery times. The company uses technology to help it achieve what ARPAC calls Lean Automated Processes (LAP). The objectives for LAP are simple: maximize the ease of doing business and cut costs.
During this webinar, Ryan King of ARPAC will discuss how technology has helped his company implement Lean Automated Processes across the entire organization -- and how your company can learn from these lessons. You'll hear how ARPAC has improved its business decision making while extending lean manufacturing and continuous process improvements.
