Subaru
of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA), a subsidiary of Fuji Heavy Industries, Ltd.,
is the home of North American Subaru production. Models built at the plant
include the Subaru Legacy, Outback and Tribeca. In 2007, SIA also began
producing the Toyota Camry under contract with Toyota. SIA employs over 3,000

The
visit to Subaru of Indiana Automotive will take guests on a tour through the
Stamping Shop, the Body Shop and Trim and Final. Attendees will get a glimpse of
the Paint Shop and learn about the Engine Shop. Throughout the plant, examples
of TPM and Kaizen will be highlighted. SIA Associates specializing in TPM and
Environmental Compliance will provide an overview of SIA's TPM and Kaizen
activities, processes, and successes. A question and answer session following
the tour will allow ample time for attendeess to learn more about SIA's Continuous
Improvement initiatives.

Guidelines:
The SIA Tour is a 1.5
hour walking tour that traverses a catwalk and includes several sets of stairs.
Individuals who are not able to walk long distances, up stairs or have issues
with heights should not take the walking tour.
For safety purposes, no
high-heeled or open-toed shoes are allowed. No tank tops or sleeveless shirts
are allowed.
Cameras (including
still, video and cell phone) are NOT permitted beyond the lobby. All cameras
must be left with the security guard on duty in the lobby before the tour
begins.

tour. This step will be taken solely by IW at the request of our host plant
based upon the proprietary nature of information that is to be presented. The
host plants' decisions are final and will be communicated to attendees in
advance. If this occurs, attendee will be refunded the full registration fee.
Some participants on the tour may be asked to complete a Non Disclosure
Agreement (NDA).
