Correct Craft, Inc. -- Orlando, FL

Celebrating 86 years of boat building excellence, Correct Craft, Inc. is the producer of the Nautique line of boats. The manufacturer of Nautique is known for delivering superior quality product, cutting-edge technology and exceptional service experiences.

Correct Craft utilizes one piece flow through its manufacturing processes of gel coating, lamination, and assembly. Our current production rate is at approximately 1200 units spread across 7 different models. We are approximately 3 years into our lean journey, which has lead to amazing results within our operations.

Some of our top areas of improvement are in Quality, Manufacturing Flow, Material Flow, and Communication. We operate with a very manual process which allows us a great deal of flexibility in the marketplace and the agility to meet changing customer demands.
