Description
Outsourced manufacturing benefits your organization with reduced overhead, faster time to market, and rapid product scale. The key to supporting this effort is the ability to create close collaborative design, quality, and new product introduction (NPI) processes with the entire supply chain. However, the collaboration must be accomplished while maintaining the highest possible level of security over intellectual property (IP).
This is the conundrum of many companies that outsource today. They must deliver their product in a highly competitive, quick product-cycle market. They must also maintain ownership and control of their IP. Today's operations and supply chain VPs are under extreme pressure and can't sleep because they're worrying about their IP.
So how can you outsource manufacturing, collaborate with a large group of suppliers, and still sleep at night confident that your IP is secure? This is a classic risk/benefit conflict. Attend this webinar to learn how to grow your supply chain economically while reducing risk.
