On October 24, acclaimed industry thought-leader, Gary Hamel, will tell an elite crowd of manufacturing executives and insiders exactly what changes they need to make and what practices they need to adopt to succeed in today's shifting manufacturing market.
His keynote speech will be part of the second installment of the Manufacturing in America: Capture the Competitive Advantage series that will take place in Chicago on the 24th.
Joining Hamel will be some heavy hitters of the manufacturing industry, including Bob Lutz, retired vice chairman of General Motors, and Helmuth Ludwig, CEO of Siemens Industry, North America, which is sponsoring the event along with IndustryWeek.
Recently, Hamel met up with IW to provide a preview of his address and to outline some key issues facing manufacturing today.
