AIR TRAVEL:
Getting to the Sonnenalp Resort of Vail is remarkably easy. All major airline service Denver International Airport, located 2 hours from Vail via 1-70. Eagle County Regional Airport is another convenient option, just 35 minutes west of Vail via 1-70.
GETTING TO THE HOTEL:
Colorado Mountain Express is the official transportation provider for the Roundtable in the Rockies event. To arrange shuttle transport contact CME at 800-525-6363. Upon placing the call, indicate that you are with “ROUNDTABLE” to receive a discount on the current published rates. You can also book online at www.coloradomountainexpress.com. Use “Roundtable” as your discount code.
CME can pick up from Denver International and Eagle County Airports. Estimated time from the Denver International Airport to the Sonnenalp Resort is approximately 2 hours and the roundtrip cost for Roundtable participants is $148.40. Estimated time from Eagle Country airport to the Sonnenalp Resort is approximately 45 minutes and the roundtrip cost for Roundtable participants is $82.00.
If you are renting a car this year, the Sonnenalp is giving Roundtable guests a discounted valet rate of $15.00 per day.
