Is there a central training office who oversees job training materials, or is this a team leader job (as part of visual instructions)?

Joye -- There is a central training office for certain things. They teach problem solving and standardized work and Job Instruction, etc. -- classroom type training.
The group leader (supervisor) is responsible for training in the workplace, however the team leader conducts much of the actual training.
