Any thoughts on workforce aging?

John -- Well, we all ARE getting older! No escaping that. Hopefully we are also learning more skills and getting wiser. If we can tap into that experience it has great value. One problem though is that people who have done something for many years have "forgotten" what they know (they just do it), and it is hard for them to teach unless they learn how to break the jobs down.
