Acquiring input from all levels of associates; Seeing the entire process rather than a mix of unrelated opportunities; Using visual feedback to communicate the plan back to the organization; Assigning a relative level of priority to each opportunity; and Creating the foundations of multiple charters, lending to speed of improvement
