Reggie Lau is a Forrester Total Economic Impact (TEI) Consultant.  Mr. Lau has been Project Director for multiple TEI case studies for a range of different technologies spanning from B2B social media products to modern software-as-a-service (SaaS) marketing solutions.  Prior to his role with Forrester, Mr. Lau was both a Strategy Consultant and Financial Analyst for Deloitte, where he recognized the critical need for organizations to quantify, justify, and articulate the business value of technology.

Elliot Tally is an experienced IT leader with a history of driving cost savings technology strategy in a dynamic global organization. With a passion for clean code and team-building, Elliot worked his way from creating a quality management system for a global telecommunications company to overseeing Enterprise Apps, Collaboration & Innovation at Sanmina Corporation. In addition to internal R&D activities, Elliot's team administers the company's collaboration tools, including Google Apps for Business and Google/Android platforms, and in 2009 lead the project to transition Sanmina's 21,000 email users from 112 distributed Exchange servers onto Gmail.

Julia has a career of over 20 years in the Enterprise Information Technology industry.   She spent 12 years with Documentum/EMC where she was one of the early innovators at Documentum and lead the vertical strategy that was showcased in Geoffrey Moore's best selling book "Crossing the Chasm".  Julia has spent the last 5 years at Google helping global manufacturing accounts and before that graduated Magna Cum Laude from Depaul University.
