Lean expert and Shingo Prize winning author
Pascal Dennis is an author, engineer and President of Lean Pathways Inc., a successful international consultancy. Pascal learned the Toyota Business System in leadership positions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC), and has worked extensively with lean masters from North American and Japan. He has supported lean implementations at international companies in the health care, automotive, process, construction and service industries. The focus of his work is strategic planning and execution, new product development, safety, quality, delivery and cost management, and business process improvement. Pascal is a faculty member of the Lean Enterprise Institute.
Pascal's latest book is The Remedy: Bringing Lean Thinking Out of the Factory to Transform the Entire Organization. He is also the author of Lean Production Simplified, Andy & Me: Crisis and Transformation on the Lean Journey, and Getting the Right Things Done: a Leader's Guide to Planning & Execution, all winners of the Shingo Research Prize. Pascal holds bachelor's and master's degrees in science and engineering, respectively, from the University of Toronto.
