Description

Manufacturing companies are continuously challenged to find productivity improvements in an industry that is already relatively efficient. While it's increasingly difficult to find these improvements, even a small change can make a big difference. That's why it's critical for manufacturers to operationalize data to gain a competitive edge.

Join us on October 6 to learn about:

  • Operations and Financial Analysis – Use advanced analytics to identify new opportunities for boosting performance and driving scalability
  • Orders and Shipments – Manage supply and distribution networks to stay on top of orders, manage inventory efficiently, and boost on-time deliveries
  • Predictive Optimization – What-if analysis and predictive analytics based on historical data to better model out future returns and limit risks
  • Real-Time Monitoring – Put analytics in the palm of users, field managers and others via real-time mobile reports allowing for better monitoring and quality control

Hear directly from Campofrio Food Group, a half a billion dollar international food manufacturing company with exports to 80 countries, about the process improvements used in developing a custom set of dashboards that improves supply chain management, cost management, distribution, and financial oversight.
