Valerie Colville has over 30 years of extensive experience structuring and implementing export credit agency financing for international corporate, sovereign, and project finance transactions. Colville is a co-founder of CC Solutions, a financial consulting firm created in 2011 to focus on agency finance. She is a registered export credit insurance broker with EXIM and several private carriers.
As a Vice President of Fluor Corporation's Project Development & Investments Group, Colville was responsible for developing and leading multi-sourced complex financings in the oil, gas, power, renewable energy, and mining industries. She is an expert in export credit agency financing on a global basis. Prior to joining Fluor, Colville worked at several financial institutions, including Barclays, Bankers Trust, and Den Norske Bank.
Colville holds a bachelor's in Geology from Williams College, a master's in Petroleum Geology from the University of Wisconsin, and is a graduate of The Executive MBA Program at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). She is President of her Williams College class.

Prior to joining the bank, Richard Foy was most recently with the International Finance Group where, as VP of Commercial Lending, he provided loans by working with various funding sources to meet the needs of his clients. Previously, Foy was marketing and underwriting ocean marine cargo insurance and has an extensive logistics background with over 20 years in the field holding positions in Operations, Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Environmental Affairs. He attended St. John¹s University in New York, with a focus on Business Administration.
