It actually saddens me to see that so far 72% of respondents actually feel that who is President will make much of a difference. In the current "us vs them" atmosphere, unless TOTAL control of both House and Senate are in the President's hand, the minority party (D or R) will stonewall any action until the next election. The "fiscal cliff" is the most visable result of this Congressional posturing.</p>
