McClenahen Tax reform, reforming Social Security, fiscal policy and tort reform are four of the topics slated to be discussed next week when the White House hosts an economic conference in Washington, D.C. Both President George W. Bush and Vice President Richard B. Cheney are expected to take part in the conference Dec. 15-16, which, according to the White House, also will include corporate CEOs and leaders of small businesses. "The conference will be an opportunity to discuss what we must do to keep our economy growing and to make sure America remains the most competitive economy in the world," said White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan.
