Insights into Action: Market Trends and Customer Needs

This 90-minute online training session will explore two critical sources of insights: market trends and customers. Emerging global trends happen rapidly, and it can be challenging to keep up. But being unaware can lead to missed opportunities. Similarly challenging is understanding customers' needs -- even the needs they can't necessarily tell you they have -- and addressing them in ways that create value for the business.
