Summary

Risk and uncertainty are top of mind for manufacturers heading into 2024. Being able to thrive despite supply chain disruptions, rapid changes in demand, economic uncertainty, and rapidly evolving manufacturing ecosystems is driving product-centric manufacturers to rethink their IT investments, starting with their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Join us as we will look at how a cloud-based ERP offers a risked-managed pathway forward for discrete manufacturers across multiple industries where uncertainty occurs together with opportunity.

Attendees will learn from industry experts:

  • The current factors driving change in IT landscapes at mid-size discrete manufacturers.
  • How to reduce the risk of decision making via real-time visibility into supply chain, manufacturing capacity, and market demand.
  • What considerations are crucial when making the jump to cloud-based ERP systems.
  • How a multi-tier ERP landscape can enable agility and autonomy for individual divisions while continuing to provide visibility and control for headquarters.
  • How innovation and differentiation occur in the cloud-based, fit-to-standard world.
