While design of experiments (DOE) is a staple of improvement projects, it isn't always practical or applicable -- nor does it always lead to the best solution. Incorporating innovation tools into your improvement initiative allows you to generate potential, novel solutions to your problem and ultimately improve your process, product or service.
In this interactive online training session, we’ll explore seven effective innovation tools that are easy to learn and apply. These tools can be used in a wide range of problem solving methodologies and draw on the experiences of your team members to generate implementable solutions.
This session will walk you through the innovation tools with simple definitions and relatable examples. The skills you acquire will enable you to not only unleash your own individual creative potential, but also inspire an innovation-focused mind-set across your business operations -- and on new streams of revenue, novel approaches to running the business and leveraging opportunities.
