How IndustryWeek webinars work

IndustryWeek's webinars provide you with educational information in a online seminar format. Each webinar consists of PowerPoint slides with audio delivered over the Internet. All you need is a computer and Internet connection to participate.

Registration

Register by filling out the form on the IndustryWeek website. If you do not see a form on the right side, please check your browser's security settings and make sure Javascript is enabled.  A medium setting is usually sufficient for this. If you are having problems completing the form, contact webinars@industryweek.com

Immediately after registering, you will receive a confirmation email that provides login instructions. You will also receive reminder emails with login instructions about 1 week and 1 day prior to the webinar. If the confirmation message does not arrive, it may have been discarded by your spam filter.

  • Check your junk or spam folder. If you find it there, please mark the email as "Not Junk" and add IndustryWeek_Webcast@on24.com to your address book.
  • If you still can't find the email, you may have mistyped your email address.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please send a message to webinars@industryweek.com noting that you didn't receive a confirmation email. Please include the date and title of the webinar you registered for.

Logging in

You may log into the webinar up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Prior to the event, we recommend that you click here to test your computer (opens in a new window) for flash streaming audio.

Supported operating systems and browsers:
Most modern operating systems and browsers are supported on both PCs and Macs.  To view a list of supported OSes and browsers, click here to view system requirements (opens in a new window).  When you are viewing the system requirements, follow the guidelines for Flash webcasts.

If you need further assistance, please send a detailed message to webinars@industryweek.com.

After the webinar

During the closing minutes of each webinar, we will send you a survey to collect your feedback on the webinar topic and speakers.  Your participation is appreciated, since it helps IndustryWeek provide better webinars in the future.

After the event takes place, an on-demand version of the webinar will be posted on the IndustryWeek website. You can view the event again by accessing the archive file.
