Enno leads McKinsey's work on digital manufacturing globally as well as our operations hub in the Mid-Atlantic region. He also oversees McKinsey’s strategic partnership with the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII), which focuses on building manufacturers’ digital capabilities. Enno is the founder and global leader of McKinsey’s Capability Center Network, a network of 15 training centers that train 15,000 managers from over 300 organizations every year in the latest operations transformation approaches. Additionally, he leads McKinsey’s collaboration with the World Economic Forum around technology adoption and the ecosystem required to build large-scale transformations.
