The 2025 IndustryWeek Salary Survey of manufacturing management found that wages have bounced back after taking a tumble in 2024. The average salary reported by our readers in 2025 hit $135,525, 13.1% higher than 2024’s average of $119,785. Our survey also revealed a significant salary boost for supply chain and operations leaders and a shrinking gender wage gap.
