In addition, I am again sharing the stories of our 2025 IW Best Plants Award winners. We announced four winners earlier this year. This CI newsletter issue includes two of the winners' stories—Freudenberg-NOK in Santa Ana, Calif., and MSM, Magna Powertrain, located in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. Last week, we showcased the other two winners.
And as we near the end of 2025, remember: I'm always looking for continuous improvement stories to tell, either to share a lesson learned or inspire another company in their improvement efforts.
