AME Offers Plant-Layout Workshop

The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), along with the High Performance Manufacturing Consortium, is offering a team-based workshop Nov. 19-20, in Mississauga, Ont. Senior management and executive team members will have the opportunity to develop a world-class plant layout that will increase effectiveness of operations and reduce manufacturing cycle times by up to 90%. Participants will be divided into five- or six-person teams to develop solutions to an actual case study. These solutions will be compared to the actual implementation.
