Among emerging nations, China is heading the queue of countries that plan to float bonds in the euro, the new common currency for 11 of the European Union's 15 members. Chinese officials say they're keen to add the euro to their portfolios as an alternative to the U.S. dollar. Argentina and the Philippines have already followed China's lead, bankers report.
