The ability to react more quickly to shifting partner needs and market demand is one of the advantages Click Commerce Inc. says it offers with its new release, 7.5 Business Suite. The release is a fully integrated partner-relationship-management solution designed to reduce channel costs. Among the business processes it supports are partner recruitment and profiling, lead distribution, market segmentation, order management, warranty and returns, and channel forecasting, says Chicago-based Click Commerce. New to 7.5 are the integrated ordering and after-market services processes. Process improvements include multithreaded workflow and cycle-time reporting. "These next-generation applications are a direct response to the collaborative challenges our customers are facing in their need for greater visibility and greater efficiency," explains Click Commerce's Nancy Koenig, vice president of product operations.
