ByJohn S. McClenahen At this time next week, Commerce Secretary Donald Evans will be leading a 15-executive business development mission to China, the first U.S. trip of its kind since the People's Republic gained membership in the World Trade Organization late last year. Just about two months after he's back from China, Evans will be leading a group of U.S. business executives to Mexico. Scheduled for June 17-20, the mission will go to Mexico City and Monterrey, and is expected to include IT, energy, environmental, medical and manufacturing industry executives. Details on the trip -- as well as applications -- are available at www.doc.gov/mexicotrademission.
