The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) will hold its fifth annual services group conference Dec. 2-3 in Scottsdale, Ariz. The event, titled Breakthrough Strategies: Leadership and Bottom Line Results for Your Services Spend, will be held at the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains. Tempe, Ariz.-based ISM said the program delivers five general sessions, four concurrent sessions and one roundtable discussion forum. Session titles include "The Future of E-Procurement," "Strategically Sourced Marketing Services: They Said It Couldn't Be Done," and "Procurement 2005: How to Bring Unforeseen Value to Your Organization."
