Consultants Launch ERP Improvement Program

Maximizing ERP investments requires education and understanding, not just IT capabilities, according to global consulting firm Oliver Wight, New London, N.H. The company has launched a new program called "Rescue ERP," which it says is aimed at companies that are not getting the return they expected from an ERP investment. "Companies are investing in high performance IT systems with tremendous capabilities, but their people don't know how to utilize these tools to become more competitive in the marketplace," says Jon Minerich, COO of Oliver Wight. The company states that, depending on the aggressiveness of the client, the program can achieve bottom line results in critical operating areas in 90 to 120 days.
