Real-time visibility of business transactions among customers, suppliers and other partners is the promise made by Cyclone Commerce Inc. to users of its new suite of value-chain management applications. Cyclone Director is a suite of four management modules that automates all facets of managing a trading community, says the Scottsdale, Ariz.-based software solutions firm. The four applications include:
- Community Director -- an integrated application of software and services that gives a company the ability to plan and manage value chains over the Internet.
- Transaction Director -- cradle-to-grave transaction lifecycle management that allows value-chain members to view transactions "in flight" between participants and between internal applications.
- Process Director -- provides business performance management such as automating alerts and events across the value chain based on roles and rules.
- Visibility Director -- provides comprehensive views into value-chain activity, such as aggregating activity via customizable business modeling reports.
