PayNet Global offers multinational organizations, or those planning to start such operations, job-market data in 30 countries. PayNet IT presents up-to-date compensation information in the IT market. Subscribers to the service customize compensation information, by defining markets by a combination of areas including industry sector, geographic location, and organization size criteria. PayNet users can then access salary midpoint, base salary, bonus/incentive awards, and other compensation components for executive, exempt, and non-exempt positions.
