Grove will leave its board on May 18, 2005, as part of a change in senior management at the Santa Clara, Calif.-based chip maker. Succeeding Grove as chairman of the board will be Craig R. Barrett, currently Intel's CEO. Succeeding Barrett as CEO will be Paul S. Otellini, now Intel's president and COO.
