Compiled ByJill Jusko Juice Software Inc. has introduced Juice version 2.5, its latest release of enterprise software that can pull real-time data from sales, marketing, inventory, human resources, budgeting and more into Microsoft Word and Excel. The New York-based company says new features in this release include instant data validation, useful in auditing applications; tools for creating customer analytical applications without code; and a security integration kit for "plug and play" deployment at customer sites. Juice software works by providing single-click access to information stored across multiple IT systems. Integration with Microsoft Office allows users to work with tools that are both familiar and easy to work with, the company says. Additionally, the tools integrate and exchange data with most standard, proprietary and legacy business systems with Word and Excel.
