Leadership Conference Features Bennis, Senge, Roddick

Lexington, Mass.-based Linkage Inc.'s fourth annual Leadership Development Conference will include a lineup of well-known business leaders and thinkers. The event is scheduled for June 13-16 at the Fairmont Hotel, San Francisco. It will include presentations by Anita Roddick, president & CEO, The Body Shop; Warren Bennis, author of On Becoming A Leader; Howard Schultz, CEO, Starbucks Coffee Co.; and Peter Senge, author, The Fifth Discipline. The conference also will include examples of how best-practice organizations gain buy-in from senior leadership, achieve results from their leadership development efforts in a short period of time, secure commitment and interest from employees of all levels, and overcome resistance to change.
