Compiled ByJill Jusko Software giant Microsoft Corp., Redmond, Wash., announces the North American availability of Microsoft Business Solutions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for midmarket organizations. The solution is available both as a browser-based application and via Microsoft Outlook, and offers businesses the ability to view all customer interactions from initial lead through the entire customer history. The application is built on the Microsoft .NET infrastructure. Businesses may decide for themselves the degree to which they want to automate and share information across their organizations. The product is available as a host solution through certain resellers or as an on-site solution. Localized versions for Europe, the Middle East, the Asia Pacific region and Latin America are under development and scheduled for release in the second half of 2003. Microsoft Business Solutions is a division of Microsoft.
