Quantum Controls Inc., a Plymouth, Mich.-based automation and control systems integrator, will unveil SignatureVIEW 2.1, new software for monitoring manufacturing equipment, at the International Automotive Manufacturing trade show in Detroit May 12-14. The software checks individual repeatable cycles against a previously recorded set of limits and monitors process capability. SignitureVIEW 2.1 provides a method for OEMs to meet the Tooling and Equipment supplement requirements of ISO 9001 certification.

SignitureVIEW is built with National Instruments LabView 5.0 (TM) software. It communicates through Quantum SPC's dynamic data exchange (DDE) server, and can be integrated into any DDE-enabled Windows program.
