In order to help companies make better use of human resources management systems (HRMS), Oracle Corp. is offering its Oracle HRMS Configuration Workbench, which is designed to simplify implementation processes and help companies evaluate, configure and deploy human resource software, according to the Redwood Shores, Calif.-based company. The solution offers a guided interview process for users to collaborate on decisions that drive the configuration of data structures for management and government reporting. It also features embedded advice based on industry best practices derived from hundreds of Oracle HRMS customer implementations. Additionally, users can generate and compare alternative prototype configurations, export or import a copy of the configuration, and generate the same working configuration on numerous systems.
