Kinzan Inc. of Carlsbad, Calif., will provide the Web sites for the company's approximate 70 distributors and 450 retailers. With Kinzan's Core3 applications, the sales network members will be able to select product information from Pella's main site and feature it on localized sites along with their individual content. Simultaneous access to real-time product information is a crucial aspect of the program. "We needed a way for our distributors to bring their businesses online while protecting our brand and the valuable product information we provide," says Marc Andreas, Internet project manager for Pella. "We chose Kinzan for their experience and the technology's flexibility and ability to control information centrally."
