'Quick Start' Makes Quick Work Of Supplier Enablement

Compiled By Deborah Austin SPS Commerce -- a supply-chain integration service provider headquartered in St. Paul, Minn. -- has introduced a new program called Quick Start for rapid implementation of its Supplier Enablement and Management services. Quick Start works best for businesses wanting to expand upon their current infrastructure; leveraging such existing platforms can enable implementation within less than one week, says SPS. The Quick Start program includes:

  • Non-exclusive supplier enablement program;
  • Real time, online access to supplier management system;
  • Comprehensive suite of technology options for suppliers (including testing service to certify existing solutions for use with the hub's compliance guidelines);
  • Post-enablement call center support to hub and suppliers.
Quick Start applies to rollout of both EDI and XML-based transactions, Item Maintenance Catalog initiatives, and multiple order management models.
