The Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) has recently published a new free flier that features a variety of safety labels used to identify common and uncommon hazards for employees who work on or around conveying equipment. Since the inception of its safety label program in 1993, CEMA has sold more than 5.5 million labels to its member companies and other users. CEMA also publishes a brochure that provides a full description of each label, its purpose, and 16 pages of guidelines on where to place the labels on equipment. The labels and brochures are available to CEMA members and non-members. Call CEMA at 941-514-3441, or visit its Web site.
