Survey: More Challenge Tops Reasons Execs Would Leave

ByJohn S. McClenahen Forty percent of 363 employed executives surveyed recently by ExecuNet cited increased challenge and responsibility as a reason they would leave for another job. Seventeen percent said they'd leave for more money. Better job security was cited by 15%, better corporate culture by 10%, and improved lifestyle by 9%. ExecuNet is an Internet-based service. The survey results were released on April 22.
