Compiled ByJill Jusko The Synavant Implementation Toolkit was launched recently to help reduce the total ownership cost of customer relationship management (CRM) for pharmaceutical companies. It does this by reducing the risks associated with implementing CRM systems, claims Atlanta-based Synavant Inc. The implementation toolkit is a collection of processes, software tools and information-gathering documentation designed to identify and implement the specific business requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Components of the Synavant Implementation Toolkit include a pharma data loader, which accounts for industry-specific data; an implementation workbook; an infrastructure sizing tool that aids companies in understanding the technology infrastructure requirements of a CRM system based on pharmaceutical-specific data points; and a component library. Synavant is a strategic consulting partner of Siebel Systems Inc.
