The Excellence in Action series is an extension of IW's annual Best Plants conference. Like Best Plants, Excellence in Action provides an open window into manufacturers' best practices, giving attendees an opportunity to witness continuous-improvement principles in action on the plant floor and talk to plant managers, operations directors and continuous-improvement specialists about their strategies for operational excellence.
